Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (Everflow)

By enrolling in and accessing the Program through Everflow, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older and legally able to enter into these Terms.
• You provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during enrollment and maintain updated contact and payment details.
• Your use of the Program complies with all applicable laws, ethical standards, and industry requirements.
• You will not engage in unlawful, deceptive, or harmful marketing practices while participating in the Program.

Failure to comply with these representations may result in immediate termination of your participation and forfeiture of any pending commissions.

The Program uses the Everflow partner marketing platform to:

• Assign unique tracking links to Affiliates
• Track referred visits, registrations, and qualifying purchases
• Attribute commissions to Affiliates based on valid conversions

A referral is counted when a user clicks your unique affiliate link, registers on dondi.ai, and completes a qualifying purchase of paid Services. Commissions are only awarded for valid transactions tracked and recorded through Everflow's reporting system.

3.1 Recurring and One-Time Commissions

Depending on the offer or payout model in Everflow:

• Recurring (RevShare): Affiliates may earn recurring commissions for subscription-based purchases.
• One-Time (CPS / PPS): Affiliates may receive a single commission for the first qualifying purchase by a referred user.

The specific commission structure, rates, and eligibility criteria are defined within your affiliate dashboard or offer setup.

3.2 Payment Schedule

Commissions are generally paid within NET 15 days following the close of the relevant monthly billing period, provided:

• The minimum payout threshold has been met
• All tracking and conversion data is valid
• There are no compliance or fraud concerns

Payments may be made via supported methods available in Everflow (such as PayPal, crypto, or wire transfer). Affiliates must provide required tax and payout information before the 1st of each month to receive payments for the previous period.

Affiliates must reach the minimum payout threshold (as specified in the affiliate dashboard or Everflow settings) before commissions are issued. Until that threshold is met, earnings roll forward to subsequent billing periods.

Affiliates are responsible for providing:

• Valid full name and address for tax and invoicing purposes
• Accurate payout account details (PayPal, crypto wallet, bank info)
• Any required tax identification information

Failure to supply accurate billing information may delay or withhold commission payments.

When promoting dondi.ai offers via Everflow, Affiliates must not engage in:

5.1 Brand Misuse

• Bidding on "dondi.ai" or trademarked terms in paid search without prior written permission.

5.2 Incentivized Traffic

• Using cashback, reward, or incentive schemes to drive sign-ups.

5.3 Misrepresentation

• Implying that you are an agent or employee of dondi.ai or Everflow without explicit authorization.

5.4 Illegal or Harmful Content

• Advertising on platforms or properties that contain illegal, harmful, hate-based, exploitative, or otherwise unsafe content.

5.5 Spam and Deceptive Tactics

• Spamming, misleading redirects, domain squatting, or altering landing pages without consent.

5.6 Underage Audience Targeting

• Placing affiliate links on sites likely to be viewed by children without proper age gating and compliance.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may lead to suspension, termination, or forfeiture of commissions.

Affiliates must:

• Maintain confidentiality of their commission rates and performance data
• Comply with all applicable data protection and advertising laws
• Promptly cooperate with fraud monitoring and investigation requests

dondi.ai and Everflow reserve the right to withhold payouts pending fraud review. Any evidence of fraudulent conversions or abuse can result in commission reversal and account termination.

dondi.ai reserves the right to deactivate or terminate your affiliate account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in prohibited marketing practices
• Legal or compliance concerns arise

In cases of termination due to wrongdoing, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited at dondi.ai's sole discretion.

dondi.ai may update, change, or suspend the Program and these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided, and continued participation indicates acceptance of such updates.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws for affiliate and marketing contracts. Any disputes related to the Program may be resolved through arbitration or legal venues specified by dondi.ai in accordance with local legal requirements.
