Community Guidelines

• These Guidelines are part of dondi.ai's broader policy framework, and capitalized terms not defined here have the same meanings as in the Terms and Policies.
• All users must comply with these Guidelines in both letter and spirit.
• Failure to comply may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and other enforcement actions as described in our policies.

To use the dondi.ai Services — including AI chats, media generation, community features, and related functionality — you must meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years or older, or the age of majority in your local jurisdiction. If you do not meet this requirement, you are not permitted to access or use the Services.

• dondi.ai offers interactions with AI Companions and other community tools designed for personal entertainment, creativity, and engagement.
• By using the Services, you agree to communicate and behave with respect toward others and toward the AI systems.
• Inappropriate, offensive, abusive, or harmful communications — whether spoken, written, implied, or generated — are not tolerated. This includes prohibited content defined in our Blocked Content Policy.

• "Content" includes all input you provide and all AI-generated output you receive during your use of the Services.

You are fully responsible for:

• the prompts and messages you send to the system
• ensuring that your Content complies with these Community Guidelines
• all legal, ethical, and safety obligations resulting from your Content or use of the Services

You must not create, solicit, or share Content that is:

• insulting, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or degrading toward any individual or group
• unlawful or in violation of applicable law
• harmful, exploitative, or defamatory in nature

• dondi.ai uses a combination of automated systems and human review to monitor requests, conversations, Content submissions, and outputs guided by the platform's safety policies.
• Content that is flagged by users or detected by our systems as potentially violating these Guidelines may be reviewed and addressed, including removal, restriction, or escalation for enforcement.
• We may also monitor communications for quality assurance and system improvement purposes.

When using dondi.ai Services, you must not use the platform to:

a. Legal and Ethical Restrictions

• breach any local, national, or international law or regulation governing your use of the Services
• engage in fraud, harassment, threats, intimidation, or unlawful acts
• assist, promote, or incite criminal behavior or harm toward others

b. Security and System Integrity

• attempt to probe, scan, or test the security of dondi.ai systems
• breach, bypass, or interfere with authentication, moderation, safety, or access controls
• send harmful code, spam, malware, or disruptive requests designed to degrade or interfere with the Services

c. Account Misuse

• access or create accounts using unauthorized methods or automation
• share your login credentials or allow others to use your Account
• use dondi.ai for spamming or unsolicited communications

d. Content Abuse

• provide misleading or fraudulent account or media information
• advocate or promote unlawful, violent, or extremist activities
• generate any output that resembles real individuals without consent
• create, publish, or share non-consensual intimate imagery
• create, promote, or engage with content involving child exploitation or underage individuals
• engage in unlawful, harassing, or abusive language or conduct

e. Rights Violations

• infringe any intellectual property rights
• violate the privacy or rights of others by sharing personal information without authorization
• replicate, frame, embed, or redistribute platform content without written consent

• If we determine that a user has violated, attempted to violate, or may violate these Guidelines, we may take action including (but not limited to): temporarily suspending or restricting access; removing or disabling access to problematic Content; terminating user accounts; reporting violations to relevant authorities if required by law.
• Enforcement may take effect without prior notice where necessary to protect the safety and integrity of the platform and community.

If you encounter behavior, Content, or AI output you believe violates these Guidelines, you may report it through:

• the in-app reporting features
• the official support or Contact Us channels available within the dondi.ai platform

Include relevant details such as screenshots, descriptions, or message logs to help the safety team investigate and respond appropriately.

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect regulatory requirements, platform changes, or safety enhancements. The revised version will be published with an updated Date of Revision. Continued use of the Services after such updates indicates your acceptance of the changes.

These Community Guidelines work in conjunction with:

• Privacy Policy
• DMCA Copyright Policy

If any conflict arises among the policies, the Terms and Policies govern overall user conduct, supplemented by these Guidelines and related policies.
