Terms and Policies

The Services consist of an online artificial intelligence–powered platform that enables users to interact with virtual, fictional characters generated through advanced AI technologies ("AI Companions").

Through the Services, users may:

• Engage in text-based conversations with AI Companions
• Generate or access AI-created images, videos, voice notes, or other media
• Customize or create AI characters by selecting physical traits, personalities, or interaction styles
• Purchase access to premium features, content, or functionality through subscriptions or token-based systems

Some features of the Services may be available only to registered users or paid subscribers.

All AI Companions are entirely artificial, do not possess real consciousness, emotions, intentions, or awareness, and exist solely within the digital environment of the Services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, restrict, remove, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services, including AI characters, features, or content, at any time and without notice.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• The Services are provided solely for entertainment purposes
• The Services are not designed or intended to provide emotional support, therapy, counseling, companionship, or relationship services
• AI Companions are fictional simulations and cannot form real relationships or fulfill real-world promises

Any conversations, statements, scenarios, or representations generated through interactions with AI Companions are entirely fictional. Any elements that may appear realistic — including references to real-life meetings, emotional commitments, financial offers, or tangible outcomes — are not real and must not be relied upon.

dondi.ai does not assume any responsibility for misunderstandings, emotional reliance, or expectations formed by users beyond the intended entertainment context of the Services.

If you are experiencing emotional distress, loneliness, mental health challenges, or psychological difficulties, you are strongly encouraged to seek assistance from a qualified mental health professional or trusted support service.

You understand and acknowledge that the Services rely on emerging and evolving artificial intelligence technologies.

As a result:

• AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate
• Outputs may not reflect human judgment, reasoning, or intent
• Generated content may contain errors or inconsistencies

You are solely responsible for evaluating the appropriateness, accuracy, and reliability of any information or content generated through the Services before relying on it in any manner.

dondi.ai makes no guarantees regarding the quality, correctness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

4.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to access or use the Services.

By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the minimum age requirement
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

If you are under the required age, you are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Services.

4.2 Age Verification

We reserve the right to request age verification at any time, including but not limited to requesting documentation or additional information to confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.

Failure to provide satisfactory age verification may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

5.1 Account Creation

Certain features of the Services require you to create a user account ("Account").

When creating an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate
• Use only your own login credentials

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.

5.2 Account Security

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Prevent unauthorized access to your Account
• Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use

You may not sell, rent, lend, transfer, or share your Account with any other person, whether for commercial purposes or free of charge. Your Account is personal and non-transferable.

5.3 Account Ownership

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You do not own your Account
• All rights related to Accounts belong exclusively to dondi.ai
• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate Accounts at our sole discretion

Any violation of these Terms or applicable Policies may result in loss of Account access without notice.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account or access to the Services at any time if we believe that:

• You have violated these Terms or any Policies
• You have engaged in prohibited conduct
• Your use of the Services presents legal, security, or reputational risks

You agree that dondi.ai shall not be liable to you or any third party for any suspension, termination, or loss of access to the Services.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• a) You are using the Services solely on your own behalf
• b) You are legally permitted to access and use the Services
• c) You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Policies
• d) You will not access or use the Services if prohibited by law

8.1 Ownership of the Services

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including without limitation:

• the dondi.ai platform and website
• AI systems, algorithms, and models
• virtual AI Companions and their configurations
• software, source code, object code, and architecture
• visual interfaces, layouts, designs, graphics, animations
• text, images, videos, audio files, and voice outputs
• trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names

are owned by or licensed to dondi.ai and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property associated with the Services.

8.2 Limited License to Users

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, dondi.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not permit you to:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Services
• modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
• sell, sublicense, lease, or exploit any portion of the Services
• use the Services for commercial, promotional, or competitive purposes

This license automatically terminates if you violate these Terms or any applicable Policies.

8.3 Restrictions on Reverse Engineering

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software
• attempt to discover source code, AI models, or system logic
• bypass, disable, or interfere with platform safeguards

Except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law, and only to the extent permitted by that law.

9.1 Definition of Content

For the purposes of these Terms:

• "Input" means any text, prompts, messages, uploads, or instructions you provide
• "Output" means any text, images, audio, video, or responses generated by AI Companions
• "Content" collectively refers to both Input and Output

Input is limited to content submitted within your private user account or session.

9.2 Ownership of Input

You retain ownership of your Input, subject to the licenses granted in these Terms. You represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights to submit the Input
• Your Input does not violate any laws, third-party rights, or Policies
• Your Input does not contain prohibited, illegal, or harmful material

9.3 License Granted to dondi.ai

By submitting Input or using the Services, you grant dondi.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

• use, host, store, copy, modify, translate, and distribute your Content
• create derivative works from your Content
• publicly display or perform your Content where necessary
• analyze, review, and moderate Content for compliance

This license is granted solely for purposes including but not limited to: operating and maintaining the Services, improving platform functionality, training and refining AI models, safety and moderation, analytics and quality control, and marketing activities where permitted by law.

9.4 AI Training and Model Improvement

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Your Content may be used to train, improve, evolve, and enhance AI systems
• This may include labeling, classification, content moderation, and algorithmic optimization
• Such use may occur internally or with affiliated technology partners

You understand that AI training processes do not identify you personally unless required for legal or safety reasons.

9.5 No Ownership of AI Output

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated Output is produced algorithmically
• Similar or identical Output may be generated for other users
• You do not receive exclusive rights to any Output

dondi.ai does not guarantee uniqueness, originality, or exclusivity of AI-generated content.

10.1 Personal Information

You agree that you will not disclose sensitive personal information while using the Services, including:

• financial or payment details
• passwords or authentication credentials
• government-issued identification
• physical addresses or contact details

You are solely responsible for any information you choose to share.

10.2 Online Risk Awareness

You acknowledge that online communications involve inherent risks. dondi.ai is not responsible for information voluntarily disclosed by users, misuse of data shared by users, or consequences arising from user interactions. We encourage users to exercise caution and sound judgment at all times.

10.3 Reporting Concerns

If you encounter suspicious, abusive, or inappropriate behavior, you are encouraged to report it through available platform tools or support channels. We strive to maintain a safe and respectful environment, but we cannot guarantee that all risks will be eliminated.

11.1 AI Technology Disclaimer

You understand and agree that the Services rely on experimental and evolving AI technologies. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate, and AI responses do not represent human judgment or intent. Use of AI-generated content is entirely at your own risk.

11.2 No Professional Advice

The Services do not provide medical advice, mental health support, legal advice, or financial guidance. Any information provided is purely fictional or informational and must not be relied upon for real-world decisions.

11.3 "As-Is" and "As-Available" Basis

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, dondi.ai disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy or reliability. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from defects.

12.1 General Rules

By accessing or using the Services, you agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

• a) modify, adapt, translate, copy, or create derivative works from any part of the Services;
• b) decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, AI models, system logic, or structure of the Services, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
• c) bypass, disable, interfere with, or circumvent any technical, security, or access-control features of the Services;
• d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, user accounts, servers, databases, or networks connected to the Services;
• e) use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair, or disrupt the Services, infrastructure, or other users' access;
• f) use the Services in a way that, in our sole discretion, may expose dondi.ai or third parties to liability, harm, or reputational damage;
• g) use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or harmful purposes;
• h) remove, alter, obscure, or tamper with any copyright, trademark, proprietary notice, hyperlink, or attribution displayed on or within the Services;
• i) violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations while accessing or using the Services.

12.2 Geographic Restrictions

Access to the Services may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. You acknowledge and agree that dondi.ai may implement technical or operational measures to restrict access from specific countries or regions, and any attempt to bypass such restrictions is a violation of these Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access and use of the Services are lawful in your jurisdiction.

13.1 User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the prompts, messages, and instructions you provide to AI Companions, how you interpret, rely upon, or act on AI-generated Output, and any content you choose to save, share, download, or otherwise use.

AI Companions respond algorithmically based on your Input and selected settings. dondi.ai does not control, endorse, or guarantee the content generated through AI interactions.

13.2 No Endorsement of AI Output

You understand and agree that AI-generated content does not reflect the views, opinions, or beliefs of dondi.ai. Any resemblance to real persons, events, or situations is purely coincidental or fictional. dondi.ai assumes no responsibility for user decisions, actions, or consequences arising from AI interactions. Users are expected to exercise independent judgment and discretion at all times.

dondi.ai shall not be liable for any action taken, decision made, or outcome experienced by a user as a result of interacting with AI Companions or using the Services.

You agree that AI interactions are simulated and not authoritative, you will not rely on AI-generated content for real-world decisions that may cause harm, and you assume full responsibility for your conduct and choices while using the Services.

15.1 Automated and Manual Moderation

To maintain a safe and compliant platform, dondi.ai uses a combination of automated moderation tools, algorithmic filtering systems, and manual review processes. These systems may analyze Content to detect violations of these Terms or applicable Policies.

15.2 Review and Enforcement Actions

If Content is flagged or suspected to violate these Terms or Policies, dondi.ai or its authorized partners may access and review the Content, remove or restrict access to Content, suspend, restrict, or terminate user Accounts, and report unlawful content to appropriate authorities.

You acknowledge that moderation may occur before or after AI Output is generated, including altering or blocking certain requests.

15.3 No Refunds for Moderation Actions

You acknowledge and agree that no refunds or reimbursements will be provided for content removed due to policy violations, no refunds will be issued for Accounts suspended or terminated due to enforcement actions, and payments made for subscriptions, tokens, or features are non-refundable in such cases.

15.4 Platform Changes

We reserve the right to remove AI Companions, modify or discontinue features, and alter platform functionality at any time and in our sole discretion. No refunds will be issued for such changes unless required by applicable law.

16.1 Zero-Tolerance Policy

dondi.ai maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material ("CSAM").

You are strictly prohibited from:

• creating, requesting, uploading, or distributing CSAM
• attempting to generate CSAM through AI prompts or interactions

16.2 Reporting to Authorities

Any detected or suspected CSAM will be immediately removed, reported to appropriate law enforcement or child protection authorities, and associated Accounts permanently terminated. This may include reporting to national or international child protection organizations where legally required.

You agree to review and comply with all applicable Policies as updated from time to time.

18.1 Free and Paid Access

Certain features of the Services may be available free of charge with limited usage. Additional features, extended access, or premium functionality may require the purchase of a paid subscription or token-based access. Free users may be subject to usage limits, message caps, or feature restrictions.

18.2 Subscription Terms

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that subscriptions begin upon successful payment, fees are billed in advance according to the selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, annual, or otherwise), and subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. The renewal charge will be processed automatically using the payment method on file at the start of each new billing cycle.

18.3 Cancellation of Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected] from the address on your account, or by using the cancellation option in your account settings, which directs your request to our support team. We respond to cancellation requests within 24 to 48 hours. If your renewal falls within that window, tell us in your message and we will ensure you are not billed for an additional period. Once cancelled, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused time unless required by law.

18.4 Tokens and Virtual Credits

Some features of the Services may require tokens or virtual credits. You acknowledge and agree that tokens have no monetary value, tokens are non-transferable and non-refundable, unused tokens expire at the end of the applicable subscription period, and tokens cannot be exchanged for cash or other consideration.

19.1 General Refund Conditions

Refunds are granted only under the conditions expressly described in this section. Refund requests must be submitted within the time limits stated below and may be denied if usage thresholds have been exceeded.

19.2 Subscription Refunds

You may request a refund for a subscription within 24 hours of payment, provided that you have not exceeded reasonable usage limits, you have not consumed premium features beyond minimal use, and the subscription was purchased through an eligible payment method. Refunds will not be granted if excessive usage, abuse, or violations of these Terms are detected.

19.3 Token Refunds

Refunds for token purchases may be requested within 24 hours of purchase only if tokens have not been used. Once tokens are used, refunded, expired, or revoked, they cannot be restored.

19.4 Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, your subscription may be immediately canceled, access to premium features may be revoked, and remaining tokens or credits may be forfeited. We reserve the right to restrict future purchases associated with disputed transactions.

19.5 No Refunds for Policy Violations

No refunds will be issued for content removed due to policy violations, account suspensions or terminations, platform changes or feature removals, or enforcement actions taken under these Terms or Policies.

The Services rely on artificial intelligence systems that generate content dynamically. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies, responses may not meet your expectations, and output may change over time as systems evolve. dondi.ai does not guarantee perfection, accuracy, or consistency in AI-generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis and your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.

dondi.ai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities; or emotional distress, reliance damages, or personal decisions arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Services may include links to third-party websites or services. You acknowledge that dondi.ai does not control or endorse third-party content, accessing third-party services is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for damages arising from third-party interactions. You are responsible for reviewing third-party terms and policies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing use of the Services and canceling any active subscriptions. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including for suspected violations of these Terms or applicable Policies.

dondi.ai may assign, transfer, or subcontract its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. You may not assign or transfer your rights without prior written consent.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with all referenced Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and dondi.ai regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

dondi.ai does not produce or host real human adult content. All AI-generated characters and media are fictional and digitally created. As such, dondi.ai qualifies for exemption under 18 U.S.C. §2257 record-keeping requirements where applicable.
